I took my iguana here back in 2002 for antibiotics because she got worms. The staff is just as caring as you are to your pet(s). A couple years later when I woke up one morning I noticed my iguana wasn't doing so well. I called up Towne & Country to make an appointment and they wanted me to take her in right away. I was getting around to take her then she passed away in my arms. So I called them back and gave them the news. A few days went by and I received a sympathy card in the mail that everyone there had signed.
I was impressed that they maintained our records from over 15 years ago when we were preparing Bast for quarantine and moving to Maui.
We've been taking our animals here for 15 years. Our regular vet was closed when our new puppy got very sick and started seizing. We discovered T&C, as they were the local vet open for a weekend rotation. They were amazing. They were compassionate and kept the puppy on 24/7 watch until he passed. Everyone there was so kind and helped us figure out how to handle the remains. We chose them as our permanent vet since then. Every since then, they've provided top notch care affordably. They've been so fantastic, I simply wouldn't go anywhere else.

I had a dog that was in extreme discomfort from a skin rash. My old vet would not make an appointment in a reasonable amount of time. Town & Country took me in, the vet even saw him early. I got medication with refills. The vet was personable, seemed to genuinely like the dog, was professional and friendly. Looks like I have a new vet.
