The selection of shoes, clothing, and accessories is good, considering it's a smaller Bass outlet. Everything that I've bought at Bass has withstood the test of time. However, my shopping experiences have been dulled due to a manager mistreating other associates in front of customers. I was embarrassed on a few occasions for one employee in particular, therefore I have not returned to Bass.
Bought a pair of leather shoes about a month ago and was having a problem with the seams splitting. Renee helped me out and suggested going with a wide width. I got a new pair of shoes with no hassle. I purchased a leather tote bag too because the sale was too good to pass up! Thank you so much and I'll definitely be back!
