Nice place. You have your choice of wooded or out in the open spaces. The open spaces get a weak wifi and off and on ATT phone signal.
Very nice campground. Excellent choice for families with children. Several well equipped playgrounds. Well stocked camp store. Pet friendly.
Great campground. Clean. Pool looked great but didn't swim due to weather. Sites well placed. Bathrooms are a little walk depending on your site location. If you're camping and you want to cook over fire pit there are no "grills". Can buy one there or bring your own. Would definitely return.
Stayed at the campground for one night as it was a last minute stay. Staff was super helpful. Bath house was pretty clean for camping standards. No-fee, hot showers are always a plus! Tent sites were a little rocky, but we are in the mountains ;)
Other than that, there is a great chocolate lab who runs the place named Hershey. The other staff was also friendly and the camp store-office-game room-laundry building was very pretty and welcoming. Machines in laundry room looked brand new. We were ups definitely stay there again.
Worst camping experience ever. Ladies were friendly at the camp store, only thing good about the stay. Sites were on the small side and seasonal campers on the hill, well let's just say I guess quiet time doesn't apply to them. They partied until early hours the first night we were there. Talking loud, playing their radio loud. No consideration for other campers around them. Why have quiet time if it doesn't apply to everyone. Then they give you a number to call a manager after hours if there is a problem, but up on the hill there is no cell service. Second night same thing, talking loud after quiet time, loud music. I would expect better behavior from people that are older and who are there more often than say a group of young party kids just looking for a place to party for a weekend. Just lack of disrespect. And there was a group of younger people there playing their music loud, but come quiet time it was turned off. I guess they know how to follow rules. Won't be back and won't refer anyone ever. Probably would have left after first night, but already paid for 2 nights and after a day of sight seeing, we were tired and just wanted a good nights sleep before the 6 hour car ride back home. But it wasn't a good night and didn't get much sleep either!!!!
